Warranty & Returns

Standard Return Policy

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• All returns must be unused and received in its brand new, original condition (including hangtags and original packaging).

• If you'd like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

• All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment.

• Allow 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.

• There are no refunds on items damaged or lost during shipping. In that case, please file a claim with the carrier.

• We have the right to deny credit if the return does not meet our policy requirements.

• Only items that have been purchased directly on www.omnicoredesigns.com can be returned to us. OmniCoreDesign products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.



OmniCoreDesigns guarantees the quality and performance for the practical lifetime of our products. For evaluation, please contact us at support@omnicoredesigns.com. 

To help us expedite the process, please include the following in your correspondence:

  1. Customer Name as listed on receipt or confirmation email
  2. Order number
  3. Date of purchase
  4. Name/model number of product
  5. Tracking information (optional)
  6. Reason for return


Warranty Policy

Products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product (FURNITURE has a Limited 1-Year Policy).  This does not mean your lifetime, but the reasonable lifetime of the product, considering its age and how you have cared for and used it.  If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.  We reserve the right to require proof of purchase to obtain warranty service.

Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

This warranty is available in the United States for products purchased on www.omnicoredesigns.com and other authorized retailers.

Warranty Shipping Policy

Charges for shipping and insuring packages to OmniCoreDesigns are the customer’s responsibility. OmniCoreDesigns will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge for shipments within the United States. If the customer prefers expedited shipping, he/she will be responsible for the extra cost over and above the cost of ground delivery. Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package as OmniCoreDesigns is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
